The Town Hall has a wonderful range of contemporary and traditional rooms available for Weddings, community events, meetings, parties, exhibitions, and much more.

With spaces available for 2 to 200 people, a riverside courtyard, and in-house catering, the Town Hall is a fantastic, versatile venue in the heart of Hebden Bridge

Our fabulous onsite Catering team will provide refreshments for your event, conference, or meeting – from hot drinks and delicious homemade cakes, to large buffets for conference delegates. We also have specially tailored Wedding and Events menus, with an extensive range of drinks on the bar.

Fast, reliable wi-fi is available in every room and we can supply flipcharts, projectors and self-catering drinks options free of charge. For large events, you can book a combination of event rooms and break-out spaces – for more information on our rooms and packages, get in touch.

Celebration of Life Events

It’s never easy to mark or celebrate the life of a loved one who’s passed away, but our dedicated and sensitive team can talk you through the process and provide a sympathetic all-in-one service for your event. We aim to make funerals and celebration of life events simple and hassle-free by providing everything you need in-house.

This can include catering, a staffed bar, and hot drinks, with simple room decoration if you need it, and we can work with your requirements to create a special event tailored to your needs. Our Waterfront Hall provides a calm, enclosed space for a special gathering and can be hired in the daytime, and late afternoon / evening events include the use of the Riverside Courtyard.

Festivals, Exhibitions, Conferences and more

The Waterfront Hall and Riverside Courtyard are conveniently located in the heart of Hebden Bridge. Our easily accessible building offers one of the largest, purpose-built conference venues in the Calder Valley and can accommodate up to 200 people across the ground floor.

The Waterfront Hall hosts the annual Hebden Bridge Film Festival, Women’s Institute Rag Market, Hebden Bridge Print Fair, Literary and Scientific Society talks, and tech festival Wuthering Bytes. Find out What’s On.

Meetings at the Town Hall

Easy to find and centrally located, the Town Hall is wheelchair accessible, equipped with superfast wifi, and an on-site café run by our Catering team, who can also provide refreshments directly to your meeting.

We have relaxed, informal spaces, through to conferencing and interviewing facilities, and we will be able to advise the best use of space and setup.
