Getting to the Town Hall

Located within a convenient distance of Hebden Bridge train station and various bus routes - we're super easy to find!

Head to St George’s Square in the heart of Hebden Bridge, and cross the bridge onto St George’s Street. We are opposite the Market Place public car park and Valley Road. Please see below for further directions.

For visitors with mobility difficulties, please note that the Town Hall has step-free access and accessible toilets on all floors. We also have baby-changing facilities on the ground floor and gender-neutral toilets on all floors. Our café and courtyard also have have step free access. The Town Hall has recently made some changes and upgrades thanks to funding from Calderdale Community Foundation and great advice from the Disability Access Forum. This map shows step free routes, blue badge parking, public accessible toilets and public seating. The Town Hall has male, female and gender-neutral toilets, accesible toilets and baby changing facilities and is open from 8.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 4pm on Saturdays. Hebden Bridge by Train

Hebden Bridge has direct rail links to Manchester, Leeds and the train station is just ten minutes’ walk from The Town Hall.

Hebden Bridge by Bus

Buses serve Hebden Bridge from Halifax, Todmorden, Burnley, Rochdale and Keighley.

Hebden Bridge by Cycle

Hebden Bridge is on route 66 and route 68 of the national cycle network. Lockable cycle boxes are available at Hebden Bridge station and at the Bridge Gate car park.

Hebden Bridge by Car

There are pay and display car parks immediately adjacent to The Town Hall (Market Place), and also close by in Garden Street and Valley Road.
