This evening will tackle managing menopause in and out of the workplace, as well as some great networking time.

Organised by local business owner Ruth Dewar, this event will bring together women in business across the valley.

Ruth says: “We are really excited to invite you to our women in business networking event. This is a safe space for all working women to join together, share ideas, make connections, and have some fun! If you are returning to work or are thinking of starting a business, this is for you too!”

“This event is centered around menopause and managing symptoms in and out of the workplace. Even if you are not going through menopause, the chances are you will know a friend or relative that is, and we hope to be able to provide you with alternative methods for managing symptoms and where to go for help if you are struggling.”
