Our rooms

We have a range of versatile function rooms for you to choose from at The Town Hall.

Our onsite kitchen and catering team will make sure you receive whatever refreshments your event, conference or meeting requires – from small groups requiring tea, coffee and snacks to large conferences and weddings needing buffets, hot meals and a bar service.

Fully fast, reliable wi-fi over a fibre optic line is available in every room and we are able to supply flipchart, laptop and projectors if needed.

For large events, customers can book a combination of delegate rooms and break out spaces – for more information on our ‘mix and match’ packages, get in touch with our events co-ordinator.

The Waterfront Hall

A light and airy purpose-built hall with views over the river – suitable for conferences, parties, business networking, fashions shows, sample sales, brand events, ceremonies, and receptions.

The Council Chamber

A wood-panelled room situated in the Victorian part of The Town Hall with ornate plaster ceiling – ideal for ceremonies, debates, talks and workshops.
